REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS/SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Key Client Account Manager reports to the President of Paramount Dental & Vision.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Account Manager is responsible for the overall account management of assigned key group clients. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, Director of National Sales, and clients. This position consistently delivers high-level customer service, builds strong client relationships, provides guidance during the onboarding and renewal process, executes effective communication plans, grows existing client membership and facilities internal resources to address client needs. Works collaboratively with all departments to implement and maintain these key client relationships.


ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Operate as the lead point of contact (via operational Team Leaders and IT Dept.) for any and all matters specific to customer account management, customer communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‐lasting customer relationships of trust and service excellence.
  • Negotiate renewals and close agreements to maximize growth and retention of the business.
  • Prepare reports (internal/external) that support the Paramount Dental experience and value proposition of our products, including account status, utilization trends, network adequacy and discounts, etc.
  • Provide client report cards on a quarterly basis in a timely manner.
  • Provide tracking solutions to assure group clients are serviced and supported to Paramount Experience standards (be proactive to issues instead of reactive).
  • Strategize and implement growth plans of existing client base to maximize enrollment of client
  • Must be available to clients in multiple time zones to handle client service. Additionally, must be available to travel to client locations.
  • Identify and growth opportunities for key clients and collaborate with dental and vision plan management teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Meet regularly with management team members to communicate issues and opportunities with key clients.
  • Develop unmatched satisfaction of clients.

This position can be worked remote.

Salary range: $58,448 - $114,400


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing management or related field or 5 to 7 years of account management experience.

Years of Experience: minimum of 3-5 years of account management experience.

Skills: Proven work experience as an account manager. Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail and operational excellence. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C‐level.

License: Health and Life Insurance License in applicable state(s).

Skills: Solid experience with CRM software/Salesforce, Zellis and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
